With the coming year being committed to Fund raising, and putting together our agenda for 2012, I am looking forward to sharing with you the fun we will all be having, checking out some more Venues, Equipment, and the myriad of other gadgets needed to have a successful Ride, Including an innovated Vetting Area, Our Ideas are sourced far and wide, HHmmm this reminded me to pass on a little bit of FANTABULOUS (is that a word??? well it is now,) news. SCEI have some new members to add to our growing list, from NSW, QUEENSLAND, GIPPSLAND, and some very good contacts in KOREA, wow, now thats MAGNAMONIOUS news,, (there's another one of them thar words,) so all have a very safe gear checking year, and remember your Equine friend is a living being, and should be treated the same way as you like to be treated, soooo if you miss treat them--expect the same back from them and everyone else aswell.
Good riding ,,

Well the year has started off extremely bad for a lot of Aussies. we have had Flood Fire, Cyclones, as have other Countries, who have had Blizzards, and wars and people fighting each other over politics.
Lets hope the world sorts it's problems out so we can all work at helping each other with natural disasters.
On a more happier Note, Camille and I have been Invited to help two FEI rides . We will give some more info on this later,
Southern Crosse is moving forward to help our Sport, and are following our Mission Statement.
DANNY, has completed his Endurance ride in Malaysia, riding the Magnificent steed Manakardo, well done Danny, You are doing SCEI proud.
With the weather how it is I cannot use any of our tracks from any of our venues, they are very unsafe and will take a fair while to dry out and de rock. The amount of water leaking out of the hills is amazing.
To the R/Os who are holding rides, please check your Cof Cs, PIC's and OH&S and Insurance to make sure you have covered everything.
That's enough dribble from me for now, stay safe check your gear and your boots or shoes.
